About Me.

I believe therapy doesn't require you to have the right words or all the answers. Sometimes, simply having someone alongside you who listens without judgement is where meaningful change begins.

I am a qualified Level 5 Integrative Therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

My approach is warm, relational and trauma-informed, with a particular interest in attachment, emotional wellbeing and the lasting impact of early experiences. I work integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to ensure therapy is tailored to your individual needs, recognising that no two people or experiences are ever the same.

I have experience supporting both adults and young people through a wide range of emotional difficulties, including anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, trauma, emotional dysregulation and neurodivergent-related difficulties. Alongside private practice, my specialist work with Barnardo's has involved supporting children and adolescents experiencing complex emotional and behavioural needs, including self-harm, anxiety, family difficulties and low emotional resilience.

I hold Advanced Safeguarding training and have completed additional specialist training in Developmental Trauma, exploring how early experiences can shape attachment, emotional regulation, identity, behaviour, dissociation and nervous system responses.

Alongside my clinical work, I am currently undertaking an independent research year, deepening my understanding of attachment, trauma, neurodivergence and contemporary therapeutic practice. I am committed to ongoing professional development, ensuring my practice remains ethical, inclusive and grounded in current research.
